Beginning energy work. 2-2 1/2 hours. $40
Learn the basics of energy work and how to balance and promote self relaxation.

Meditation (Beginners Consciousness). 2 hours (4 weeks). $160
Learn to relax and go into self for spiritual growth with guided meditation to promote intentions of well-being.

Divine Spiral Energy Workshop. 4 hours. $75
Recommended knowledge or prior beginning class in energy work.  This workshop teaches a healing metod working with Vortex Energy and breath work to aid spirituality in self and others.

Individual Session. 1 hour. $50
Combined energy modalities are used to raise the body's vibration to promote self relaxation and spiritual well-being.
